When checking in, she was extremely efficient and completed all the procedures in just a few minutes without making me wait at all. What's more, upon learning that I needed slippers, Cynthia immediately prepared them for me and carefully reminded me about how to use them. "Hilton is cost cutting on basic stuff like glassware, an electric kettle. You can toothpaste sachets if you ask at the reception - but you have to ask. I found that a bit inconvinient for business travellers with tight schedules. Service is great and my room was always cleaned during a week long stay."
